EXPERIENCE

(03/04-current) Research Associate, Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Neuroscience:

fMRI

Using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) software, a functional connectivity analysis on the dysfunctional neurocircuitry of face processing in schizophrenia.

Using SPM2 software, pre and post-processing of emotional picture processing data in bipolar subjects.

Using PLS & SPM2, a functional and effective connectivity analysis on the effects of learning on schizophrenic subjects compared to healthy controls.

MR Spectrocopy

Training in LCModel for analysis of spectroscopy data acquired on Bruker 11.7T.

MR related skills

Expertise in experimental design & data acquisition of fMRI, MRI, and 1H-MRS.

Proficiency in SPM and PLS statistics package for analyzing functional imaging data.

Proficient in BRAINS2 software for Inter Cranial Volume tracings and segmentation.

Building experimental paradigms using Presentation software.
